Our annual retreat this year is hosted by Swami Shardananda, one of Integral
Yoga's senior swamis. Her devotion and clarity of teaching bring a breath
of fresh air and clear direction as to the unfolding path of Integral Yoga.
The retreat is being held at Gaunts House in Wimborne, providing a beautiful
and tranquil setting for resting, meeting like minded people, and bathing
in the bliss of yoga. An excellent vegetarian menu and swimming pool are
also provided.
